Utilising; relaxation, self 'hypnosis-relaxation' meridian/organ balancing and 'future pacing' to integrate the mind and body. Used to create inner calm, de-stress the mind and body, correct and change our adaptability and achieve our life goals.....

4) Energy attunement and Collection

Includes the 'above' and very specialised ways of collecting the 'Universal' energy and harnassing it within our selves for; Prevention, Recovery and Enhancement....

5) Adaptability and 'Higher level'

Is essentially the integration of the 'above' with specialised ways that are appropriate to the individual persons health and mobility - whilst also using the "Gairon" to improve our adaptability in health and mobility.

Hichibuku Goshinjutsu Self Treatment

These self treatment methods have often been termed "The Japanese 'version' of; Physiotherapy/Osteopathy remedial exercise, in conjunction (Or integration) with; Meridian balancing, Chinese "Tai Chi/Chi Gung" Indian "Yoga" Japanese mind/body self relaxation, Martial arts self development and a natural approach to health!

 

Our practitioners are fully qualified and experinced in teaching thier patients how to sit, stand, move with naturalness, prevent ailments and injuries and how to improve our general health and mobility using these self treatment ways....

 

Traditionally these self treatment methods are known to have been developed by Japan's "Bushido warriors" (The Knights of Japan) to improve thier ergonomic skills and abilities, to help prevent physical ailments (Back pain, joint and muscle strains, physical injuries, etc) whilst also improving thier general health and as a way of 'speeding up' recovery from injuries and health conditions.

 

The "Doctors/Practitioners" then integrated these ways to help thier patients in prevention and recovery. Which led to the development of self treatment for prevention, recovery and enhancement of our skills, abilities and most importantly our health!
